
i made some delicious crepes as a snack today.
crepes are wonderful because they’re tasty, simple, and customizable—so no arguments when one person wants chocolate chip cookies and one wants oatmeal raisin.
i whipped up a batch in less than five minutes:
1 cup flour
1 1/4 cups milk
2 eggs
1T sugar
pinch salt
little bit of vanilla
2T butter (melted and cooled)
if you want savory crepes just omit the sugar and vanilla.
some of our favorite fillings:

(you have to put them on while it’s still warm though, so they melt)



(lemon, lime, or raspberry curd)

(fruit sauteed with a little sugar)
